Business Account Executive (Lead Generator)

Outbound business to business telephone sales, identifying customers’ needs and requirements, through effective questioning. Building strong, trusted relationships with customers and working alongside one of our energy procurement specialists who will be able secure the relevant packages that suit your clients specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in a fast paced sales environment, prospecting business clients via supplied data sets

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the energy market and our product offering

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients and maintain that throughout the contract term

• Managing your own workload and hitting monthly targets and KPI’s

• Adhere to the sales compliance rules in line with our quality standards

• To accurately complete all customer details and sales information on our CRM system

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• B2B and/or B2C sales experience preferred but not essential

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

• Proven track record within outbound sales

• Professional, organised and efficient

• Self-motivated

• Genuine team player

• Comfortable use of IT/CRM Microsoft Excel/Outlook

Business Account Manager (Energy Consultant)

Outbound business to business telephone sales, identifying customers’ needs and requirements, through effective questioning. Building strong, trusted relationships with customers be able to identify their specific needs, working directly with suppliers to secure their relevant energy solutions.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in a fast paced sales environment, prospecting business clients via supplied data sets

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the energy market and our product offering

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients and maintain that throughout the contract term

• Managing your own workload and hitting monthly targets and KPI’s

• Adhere to the sales compliance rules in line with our quality standards

• To accurately complete all customer details and sales information on our CRM system
