A business with heart
National Utility Hub was built in Newcastle, and the city still shapes who we are today.
The straight talking, the graft, and the sense that people look after one another are values we carry into the business every day.
Alongside our work with businesses across the UK, our team is proud to support charities and take on fundraising challenges that make a real difference.
Supporting The Sick Children’s Trust
Since the company was founded, we have supported The Sick Children’s Trust, a charity that provides accommodation and support for families with seriously ill children receiving hospital care.
Their work allows families to stay close to their child during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It is an extraordinary organisation and one we are proud to stand behind.
Over the years our team has taken part in fundraising events, challenges, and sponsored activities to support the charity. That includes demanding hikes and endurance events, including climbing Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountain.
Through these efforts, the NUH team has raised over £10,000 to support the charity and the families it helps.
How Our Team Gets Involved

Challenge Events
Our team regularly takes part in endurance challenges and fundraising activities to support charities that make a real difference.

Team Participation
Colleagues volunteer their time and effort, often pushing themselves well outside their comfort zones to raise funds.

Community Support
We focus on supporting organisations that provide meaningful help to families and communities across the UK.

Long-Term Commitment
As our business grows, so too does our commitment to continuing these initiatives and supporting new causes.
A Team Effort
The fundraising challenges we take part in are organised and completed by our team.
Colleagues volunteer their time, raise sponsorship and commit to the physical training required to complete demanding events such as mountain climbs and long-distance hikes.
These experiences bring people together and strengthen the culture of the business. They also give us the opportunity to contribute to causes that matter and support organisations doing vital work for families and communities.
